Depending on your role (Citizen, Farmer, Registered Tenant, Dealer, or Department user), we may retrieve and display profile information from authorized government agriculture systems, such as name, district, mandal, dealer details, booking history, stock information, and related service data.
1.3 Farmer Identification Data
If you use farmer-related services, we may process identification details such as PPB (Pattadar Passbook) number or Aadhaar number solely to verify eligibility and complete fertilizer booking and related transactions as permitted by applicable law and government process.
1.4 Login Credentials
Dealer and Department users may log in using username and password credentials issued or managed through authorized government processes. We do not publicly display your password.
1.5 Biometric Information (Optional)
If you enable biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID / device fingerprint), authentication is performed on your device. Biometric data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
1.6 Device and Security Information
To protect the App from fraud and unauthorized access, we may collect device integrity and security signals (for example, platform attestation or integrity verification tokens) during login and session establishment.
1.7 Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as app version, device type, operating system version, language preference, and error logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the App.
